CerereTech intends to enhance the academic research transfer and the application of innovative technologies in the area of information technologies applied to agriculture. CerereTech supports the acquisition of crop data from heterogeneous sources (satellite, drone and UAV Earth Observation data, ground sensors networks based on IOT and traditional techniques, historical data, and external information streams) and the analysis of data with machine learning and data mining techniques (Big Data analysis), through the implementation of pervasive information systems aimed to enable decision support, with a relevant impact on crucial agricultural production aspects.
